TWIR Design brief. Reduction in existing space by approx 280m2. Modification required forming a sub- tenancy Main focus was on the workspace, main boardroom, reception area and meeting areas. The spaces were tired, dark and unwelcoming and of context with the rest of the agency, which has natural light. Increased Natural light into the boardroom, without making significant structural changes, as budget did not permit this. The reception area needed to be more welcoming and friendly, whilst being professional Work was completed whilst operating. Total budget $200,000.
