It needed to create an environment befitting clients including national marketers and advertisers, whilst presenting a soothing ambience for research respondents from the general public. In addition, construction had to be completed within time seasonal constraints. This full floor fit out for Research International incorporated the installation of new electrical, data and hydraulic services to suit the proposed layout. Key areas included in the refurbishment included workspaces, meeting, consultation and board rooms, training and breakout areas and reception. New floors, partitions and glazing were required as part of the project.
