The eight level internal and exterior refurbishment was designed to reimagine all levels of the heritage listed Clarence Street building. It required careful management of the works to minimise disruption to existing tenancies operating throughout the building. The project has been transformational , turning the traditional floor-plan into a flexible open apartment like working environment that embraces open-plan workplace design.
